The DuPage Countywide Stormwater and Floodplain Ordinance was originally passed in September of 1991 and has been revised several times since then to further protect residents from flooding hazards and our water resources from the pressures and impacts of development.  The most up to date version of the ordinance can be found at the DuPage County website by clicking the link above.
